Needed a rear wheel for my mountain bike went into the usual suspects in Glasgow who advertised on line that they had wheels but when you went in they would have to be ordered! Went online looked at sprockets said the parts online are kept in stock went down had wheels in stock ended up buying a pair as you do when you are let out for the day great service nice people to deal with will buy more from them !PS live in Helensburgh well worth the trip

Encountered lots of shipping issues (DPDs fault) and a faulty rim. All issues were resolved and an upgraded rim supplied instead. Must have been as painful for them as it was for me, but they got everything sorted in an amicable way, hence 5 stars.
A quality LBS, friendly and knowledgeable. Their care for their customers is inspiring. I had an issue with my road bike that they fixed and serviced, I then had another issue with a component that was related to the first issue. It was an unforseen issue which they promptly fixed free of charge. You should always support your local bike shop, these guys make it easy with their great customer service and love of their craft.
