Yes I love Marks &Spencers the people that works for them r very friendly and have time for you and good at explaining things you ask I just love going to there store+the food is out of this word nobody could possibly beet them
Tired-looking store. It's good to have it here, but it could really do with an upgrade. Toilets are often smelly. Badly designed and not cleaned hand dryers splash muck all over. However, good choice of products, including food, considering it's not the biggest shop out there. Staff are great and nothing is ever any hassle for them. They really do a great job and I hope this shop doesn't disappear off the high street.
High quality food in the food hall with regular offers. Bargains can also be found which are often better than the big supermarkets.
I think this is an excellent store. I buy most of our familys clothes here and I also love the selection of foodincluding fruit. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. The cafe, though very good, could do with being more attractive as it is rather basic - as are all M&S cafes Ive been in. I always visit Marks and Spencer when Im in Ayr - buying food at least - and thats a few times every week.
