Phoned to make appointment. After waiting on the phone for 5 mins I got a rude reply from receptionist and got hung up before I had finished my reply! Opening hours are incorrect on website and clearly this surgery does not need new patients.
friendly service at Ayr Dental Clinic and right in centre of town so very convenient. Like the text and email reminders. Good clear communication from dentist and receptionist and they don't do any unnecessary work.
I attended the Ayr Dental Studio a few times and I am very impressed with their service, very polite and helpful, and made me feel welcome and comfortable, I was told what was going to happen each time I began my treatment.
I attended Carluke dental studio today and have done so in the past and have to say the staff are superb, treatment second to none and was just a brilliant experience throughout. I cannot recommend this dental studio highly enough. I tried to leave this review under the Carluke practice but for some reason was unable to but understand it is one and the same business. I like a lot of other people are not particularly keen on visiting the dentist with all their tools of fear, but realised as I got older the importance of oral health. If you want a dentist who is always pleased to see you and actually talks to you and puts you at ease then this is the place for you. I would not hesitate going to the Carluke practice absolutely brilliant, so pleased I found them. Again thanks for all your help very much appreciated.
