Awful company, promise delivery dates that they don't keep, huge Mark up prices on furniture and have a manager in the Irvine store that has absolutely no people skills, better spending your money on a company that doesn't allow this sort of bad management to take place
I spent weeks going into the store trying to decide which suite to buy, couldnt make up my mind over model, fabric, colour etc. The staff were brilliant, so patient, even giving me a swatch book to take home to spend time trying to decide. I eventually ended up choosing the Naples range, two seater sofa, footstool and electric recliner chair in Grey fabric (Erin). I was apprehensive about choosing not having seen finished product but was delighted when it was delivered. Delivery was as expected and delivery men were great. I cant thank the staff enough for the patience and help they gave me.
Love our new sofas, the leather is great quality and a fantastic range of colours, so may to choose from. Got my eye on some dining furniture too, we will be back.
