Great for shopping it has everything you need
I really really love their customer service I didn't get the womans name who helped my daughter you need more people like her there are good people out there who are humans she was great with my daughter
Large 24 hour store. Huge car park. Grocery, clothing, music and video, toys. Small cafe. Store is great although home shopping dept leaves a lot to be desired! Dont think I have had an order yet that there wasnt a problem with from missing items to late deliveries to rude and abusive drivers! Worst one yet was the driver giving my name and address to another customer and sent him to my door with the shopping I was missing and to collect his which was delivered to me. Absolutely disgusted! Managers at store didn't seem interested in my complaint even though this breached the Data Protection Act and potentially put me at risk! Waited over a month for the managet to even call me I have since given up waiting! Think I at least deserved an apology. Disappointed after shopping at this store for 15+ years every week.
Unfortunately ASDA has let me down one to many times.Had a delivery dropped to me yeterday and my 4kg cat biscuits were missing, no substitute or nothing.Notified asda and although i told them I'm disabled and wheelchair bound they still refused to drop off my cat food.I got a refund eventualy however that defeats the purpose as my nearest shop is 30 minutes on my wheelchair.Asda has just lost a very good customer and I will put in a formal complaint.
Huge inside which means there is a great selection. Place could look a lot more presentable but the prices can't be argued with along with the selection.
