Great personal service.
Provided information for legal aid on 4 occasions yet the legal aid board still didnt receive them. After chasing up the office for weeks finally managed to get them to send the documents to legal aid board. When met with lawyer he mentioned the hold up but made it out as if it was my fault. When told I had supplied them with the documents 4 times he then tried to change his story and blame the legal aid board. Then when at court the lawyer I hired didnt appear once. Instead they sent a lawyer from a different firm who had little information of the case without even notifying me of this. Communication was terrible from them and was highly disappoint with Euan Cameron. The only real representation I received was from Colin Adams and even then he only showed up once.
They've taken care of my case quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well organised.Highly recommended.
Nice and friendly staff to greet you at reception. Waiting room could do with an upgrade, over all it's average but gave it 4 stars for the friendly staff.
I can not thank Glenn Davis and Euan Cameron enough for what they have done for me. My dog was involved in a terrible incident, which meant there was a good chance of my losing him forever. I first was given a lawyer who was the duty lawyer on the day I appeared in court. My gut feeling told me I should go and speak with Glenn Davis, as he has been my lawyer in the past and done an outstanding job. After speaking with Glenn Davis he made me feel 100x better about the whole situation and seemed very confident about the case at hand. He assured me that him and his company have took on many of dog cases and that I was in very good hands. I then made the easy decision to switch my solicitor and from start to finish I knew I made the right choice. I now have my dog back at home where he belongs and taking every measure necessary so that nothing like this happens again. I highly recommend these solicitors to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need them. Thank you so much.
