I had cover with these guys in my last house and paid money over 5 years and did not need anything done. Moved to a new house and have been asking them to visit and arrange cover since May 2018 - its now August and despite numerous calls from me to them and numerous promises from them to call me back --- NOTHING. What a waste of my time, would not like to have anything go wrong under the cover they provide if it takes them 4 months plus to actually set the cover up. Such a positive response makes it look like you were sooo good. Unfortunately the boiler was brand new and I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED 5 YEARS without a fault and it was nothing to do with your engineers, I had to call you every year to come service it as you made no attempt to rota it in. Never got as far as even getting an application for cover, just kept being told someone would call me back, even spoke to the boss and his assistant and that was of no help either.
ONeils Gas company entered my home under false pretences and promised to give me a quote to move the nasty boiler they installed in the bedroom and then never got back to me, I have called them many times. Dont trust them they will install a horrible boiler in your bedroom, refuse to service it and refuse to move it as they did with us. Gas boilers in the bedroom I serviced are unsafe but Oneals couldnt care less about that
Had an emergency with the boiler this morning the weekend engineer came to our rescue fixed the problem really quickly much appreciated job well done.
Really poor service. Had service carried out in December . After service the i have had to go into loft every 2 days to restart boiler. Engineers been out 4 times each time have been charged call out and now nearly 6months later still have same problem. I would have been better giving them the call out charge and telling them to go for an ice cream down the shore. They keep saying they will send out someone which they do each time cant fault them there. But as for fixing the problem well thats another story. Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole
Really efficient - coldest time of the year and the heating engineer came out within an hour, Sourced the new part and fitted it. The service plan is worth its weight in gold! Thanks to Adam and the Oneil Team!
