Been coming to balgath for years and never had a bad meal. Always 5 stars and staff always great with kids and go extra mile.
Been a few time now as well as last Christmas and this new year. Fantastic service and great food. Wishing we had also booked for this Christmas as our dinner out didn't compete this year as it was just the best last year! Well definitely be back. Thanks to the hard working staff.
Went on the night when steaks are half price. Had a beautifully cooked fillet steak. Will definitely be returning.

We were staying at Craig Tara and passed this place on our way in. Eight of us called in around 14.00 and we were immediately seated without fuss. There was a two course for 10 menu with a dessert for an extra 3 as well as the normal menu. Food was well priced and the place appeared clean.The staff were really friendly and our food arrived promptly.The food was very good indeed. We had dishes such as honey glazed ham, burger, fajitas etc. My burger was one of the best burgers I've eaten. The chips were also really nice. We were all really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Balgarth Pines. Well done.
