If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Walk in appointment for a dry cut. Was told there would be someone to take me at 2pm. I sat and waited. Whilst I was waiting a member of staff decided to go wash her own hair and another decided to help her style it. I was still waiting as these two fooled around and when asked if they had finished for the day by another member of staff replied 'aye cause its deed'. I'm still sat there waiting with my four year old son now starting to get very bored. Eventually someone came over and took me to trim my hair. It's an absolute disaster. She chopped at my fringe and its all uneven. I literally have one side shorter than the other! And she chopped it right around into my existing feathering and hacked some of it off too. I look like a monk! Like someone has taken a bowl, popped it on my head squinty and hacked into my hair to give me a 'fringe'. It'll take months to grow this out properly amd get my feathering fixed. Nothing I can do to hide the fringe just now though, it's so short I couldn't even get it redone elsewhere. I will NEVER be going here again. Terrible, unprofessional, childish behaviour and a terrible cut. Thought I was saving myself time, rather than waiting weeks to get an appointment at my usual place. Instead it's going to take months to repair the damage done. Starting the new year needing to wear hats. Do not go here! Awful!
