Emailed 3 weeks ago for a quote the day after received a call, I told the lady what type of cruise we were looking for and she said she would have a look and get back to me. Im still waiting for that call 3 weeks on. Not very good customer service in my eyes. We have gone ahead and booked a cruise with another company know.
