Friendly welcoming old style pub with excellent choice of drinks
Excellent , went for lunch as we always do when visiting Ayr, Wee Windaes never disappoints, this visit it exceeded it's usual high standard, we chose the festive menu for 12.95 you could choose either a starter or sweet to accompany the beautiful turkey dinner, we decided to get the best of both worlds by sharing a starter and sweet, all lovely with a special mention for the turkey dinner. When you visit and I hope you do, have a look at the miniscule kitchen the staff make the miracles in. Well done Wee Windaes. We visited 20th December 2018
Wee Windaes is a really nice little pub with its unique atmosphere and friendly staff. There's a good selection of drinks that will satisfy almost every taste. Nice background music allows you to have a conversation without losing your voice on the next day
Typical local pub. Warm and friendly. Sadly fairly limited selection of draft beers.
Great wee find on our visit to Ayr. The kind of place that you would be delighted if it was your local. Landlord and staff incredibly friendly, hard working and welcoming. Good beer and selection of drinks. Great menu for food at lunchtime. We will be back!
