Needed a car for work and as Toyota is well known to be a reliable brand, decided to have a look at the cars at Arnold Clark Ayr Toyota. Booked a test drive online and was contacted fairly quickly to set a date and time. The sales advisor Andy has been nothing but patient and obliging. Ive been a customer at this branch for many, many years now and have always had exceptional service. I recently decided to change my car and headed straight to Ayr Toyota. I had no idea what car I should buy as there was so much choice on the Arnold Clark website. When I arrived at the branch I was approached by one of the salesman and I explained that I had no clue about cars and didnt know what to buy next. The salesman, Edd Dalton, was polite and patient and highly knowledgeable and he was able to recommend the right car for me after asking me questions about my driving habits and lifestyle. He suggested a VW Golf would be the best car for me which is s car Id never normally have considered.
OUTSTANDING, have bought 5 cars from here & had them maintained by their service department. Excellent service from both sales & after sales. Knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile to ensure their customers are looked after. Recommend this branch to anyone!
Brilliant service from Arnold Clark and sales advisor John Gilroy. Bought my first car off John, 2 years later another great sale of a brand new car which I am very pleased about and happy with.
