What can I say. Im writing this as a person who didnt buy a car. I put a deposit on a car then the funds fell through. From start to finish I felt supported, under no obligation or pressure, fully informed and felt as though the sales man (Benny Shek) would go the extra mile, which it turned out he did. This salesman in particular was a shining example of what the industry is losing and is an asset to Volvo and Aye Volvo are lucky to have him. Everyone there helped me when things didnt go as planned, were sympathetic and dealt with me as a individual with individual needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this garage, I for one will be using them as a benchmark for garages in the future and WHEN funds become available again I will be straight backing knowing Im in safe hands. Where do you start? Sold a volvo v40 in September 2014 on a PCP with mileage allowance nowhere near that required. Assured this breach of mileage would not be an issue. Now in a financially bad situation. Also had my car in for a warranty repair recently and informed that my car needed work done to it outside of warrant that would have cost me 350+ to resolve. I went elsewhere and was told by two different garages that this "problem" wasn't even there and that no repairs were necessary. So parks effectively tried to lie in order to get an unnecessary sale. How many older, or more naive customers have fallen for this? My colleague at work had the exact same issue with them. Honesty and respect is clearly not top of Parks agenda. Go elsewhere.
