I've had to call this guy out a few times over the last few years mainly due to my own stupidity! He has always arrived quickly and got the job done in no time for a very reasonable price. A neighbour came to me in a panic recently as her disabled husband was locked in the house and she needed in sharpish. I called Mark who arrived within 10 minutes and was in her house in 2 minutes. Top class service and would highly recommend.
