From call to coming out was only 2 hours. Very prompt, very helpful, good manner and reasonably priced. Very happy with all aspects of work undertaken.
First used Tommy a few months back to upgrade some older fittings. Called and said what we required. He text few days later and agreed a suitable time to do the job. Came to our rescue just before Christmas when we were broken into and he came out after hours and replaces our door lock to secure the house and was back just after Christmas, when he had the other parts, and did a second lock and repared a window. Now feel lot more secure again and can't complain about the fees - seem very reasonable to me. Have passed on his details already and know these people also very happy with the job carried out.

I contacted Tommy at 3pm today about fixing my fathers door as it would not lock at all. I left a message on his phone and explained the problem and informed him of my fathers vulnerability. He got in touch straight away and was at my fathers by 5.30pm even though he finishes at 5pm. He was a complete life saver and got to work straight away and my fathers door is all fixed.
