My teenage daughter and I stayed for the weekend in November 2018. We are well travelled and this is beyond doubt the nicest guest house we have ever stayed in. It is stylish, comfortable, immaculately clean and is just yards from seafront / promenade. Parking is also right outside. The family who run Beaches are lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful. They have clearly put great thought into providing everything a guest would require in their room(s) for a perfect stay. The breakfast (and Scottish banter) offered is first class. We will definitely be returning again.
Fantastic guesthouse! Immaculate condition and very homely atmosphere. Jan (owner) was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The complimentary shortbread was to die for! Breakfast choice was outstanding and made to order which was perfection. Would highly recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be back again soon, thank you Jan xx
Would highly recommend to everyone! It was just perfect 5 out of 5. I have four young children and they had a great time, made to feel at home! Room was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, slept like a log, room was very relaxing, cosy, spacious, and breakfast was brilliant every little thing you might need or want was there! Definitely be back and I can't wait.
What a gorgeous find. Warm, cozy, spotless. So very close to the beach .My hosts were so kind and accommodating. The homemade shortbread in the room was a delightful touch (and irresistible )as was the freshly made hot breakfast. I'd highly recommend it.BillieNew Zealand
