Having travelled a good distance as I fell in love with one of elmbanks cars, I knew I was taking a gamble as I learnt over the years photos can be deceiving, but thankfully after 2 taxi trips 2 train trips and a wee walk with my maw, when I turned into that forecourt I knew, it was not in vain....and to top it off 1st class service, was even offered to get picked up from train station etc, and might I add after a wee trip was offered a nice coffee as was my maw and then the fantastic pleasure of taking my new car on a long road trip where she (ava) never missed a beat. Would do it all again should I ever need another car purely because "it makes sense" class service is very hard to come by and location is paramount in any business. This place, the train stops a stone's throw from the garage and customer service was 110% even tho I rabbited on in my local twang , Kyle was still enthused throughout , and a nice ambient office too to discuss in.Thank you again elmbank motors for a fantastic car buying experience
