Our meal was delicious. I had the brie then the veg lasagne, couldn't fault it. First time there, will be back.
Reasonable food but really let down by inattentive service. Had to leave the table several times to find someone to deal with basic requests. Used to be the best restaurant in Ayrshire. Certainly there are better places now.
Great food great service
We go here alot, in the past few weeks they have reduced to portion size, had mushrooms in a cream sauce, they are well tasty, but they must have sliced 3 mushrooms, put in the sauce and served it, charging 5.75! Soup come in smaller bowl, charging 4.50! It's maybe time to look for somewhere new.
I had my wedding reception here and my family booked out the hotel for most of the weekend. Everything was fabulous from the beginning. The rooms were beautiful, the food was incredible and there was nothing more that the staff could have done for us. Diana and Linda were particularly helpful and I can't thank them enough for everything they did. My family wanted to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here, the food was that good! The night porter (I can't remember his name) was an absolute saint making my mum and aunts a cup of tea at the end of the night.I would highly recommend the Hotel Kylestrome for anything from a night away and a delicious meal to a wedding reception and everything in between.Thank you to all the staff!!
