The staff most helpful and welcoming and nothing to much bother if asked. Food amazing .Room warm and comfortable, needs wee bit attention but still good value.
I was here for a course. It was so hot in the room without windows! The place really does need modernising or taking back to its forma glory to give it more appeal. Love the winding staircase which could be great for a grand entrance. If only the place wasnt so dated and musty.
Only spent one night but the room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Could do with a refurb as some areas looked a little tired. Car parking available for 3 a day as long as you register at reception. Early check in available for a charge (from 10am) otherwise check in from 2pm. Would stay again.
Great night at Xmas party, venue was beautiful and all of our group had a great night. staff helpfull and cheery even though been working all night, thanks all for great night. photo booth was a big hit as well
Just spent a great Saturday night here whilst visiting a friend in Ayr. Used the pool, gym & jacuzzi. Every single member of staff were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and so kind. Had breakfast and a meal too, both were delicious. Room had a beautiful sea view. Thanks for a lovely time, great location.
